Hi there,

I have a very important question for uk players having a uk version of Assassin Creed II, all french forums are talking about this issue

Is there "French Language" (either for voices or subtitles) in the uk version of the game.

Assassins Creed 2 is released this Friday in PAL regions.

Well, the official date is friday, but retailers usually receive stock several days before ... Some shops may sell it to you before the official date (at least many websites, and in France shops started selling it today ... )

I read that UK will start receiving black edition of assassin Creed today ... if anyone receive it guys please report back on this language issue, thank you in advance !

Could you please check if there is french in the menu (voice or subtitles) when you receive it ?

I can confirm that the English version has English, French, German and Italian spoken langauge as well as subtitles.

Thx VoidSpirit. Do you have the game on Ps3 or Xbox ? Are you sure about subtitles, I mean you tried it yourself or you got the information somewhere ?

I guess you received it from play.com ... Lucky you !

Those bastards on ubisoft forum are still saying that there is no French language for voices nore for subtitles (concerning subtitles i think it is the case for US version as well).

May i ask you a screenshot to shut their mouth ? they are trying to prevent us from importing from uk
