Socom heading for a big 14th Oct Fail

This game is going to be a long way off being finished by Oct 14th but i recon the greedy c*nts will release it anyway. Besides all the major problems we all know about even basic game details are broken. Check out this thread:

Unfortunately Kevin Costner was right.

"If you build it ..." they will come!

It's just a really sad fact of gaming that sometimes devs would rather rush a game to retail and reap the rewards early than take the time to iron out the creases. People will still buy it.

It'll affect sales in the long run though so it's a bit daft really ...but it happens a lot.

sorry to hear about that bman as i no u WANT that game!!!!! o well at least i got bia hh to play until it comes out!

i rather them take longer and it be a good game THAN they release it and it be

Im not getting it till they sort it out, I havent been on the beta in a week but Im going to today.

i can see this crap happenin with every release, the sad thing about it is even though they release a half finished game, everyone will still buy the next game they release knowin that it will be the same sh!t as before

If one more person complains about this Im gunna wack'em with a bicycle chain....Thereds been an update every friday for the past two weeks 2.30 gone a pretty good job and .40 gone the same but with a few problems, theres another two fridays till the release if they bring patches out on both of those days it'll be damn near perfect by the 14th.

how many socoms have ya played, b man has played most of them i think and if he thinks its not up to scratch with the rest of them well then i'd take his word for it

Right, will there be some kind of demo released soon, for people who didn't get the beta, I dont want to spend 50quid on something I wont like.

The game is great, i can tell but im not even pushed playing it at the moment because its just irritating. No accuracy at the moment because of lag, every time you shoot there is a bit of lag so at the moment it just feels meh. From what i have seen so far though, once they get it running smoothly it should be a cracking game. Back to teh good old days of Socom 2, Socom 3 was a let down.
