I tried to get online today with the PS3 but it asked for Handle and a Password, anyone know how to get these?

probably the same as pro evo, ya have to go to the website and put in a serail number and it will give ya a password and ya register a user name aswell, have a look at the manual

It says in the manual it says to "set up an account using the Network Access Disc"
