GT vs GRID (My take)

To be honest the main reason I joined was to try selling my PS3. Then I checked the rest of the forum, and decided to participate in your discussions.

The second i bought grid i knew it was an arcade racer, never read anywhere that it said it was compared to GT. I own both and both have their fun for different reasons. Grid is more of a challenge while GT is an easy cruise. Grid may not have a realistic feel but it does provide some arcade fun while GT has that serious feel about it that i often get from F1 games.

GT: 8
Grid: 6

Graphics:

GT: 10
Grid: 8

Variety in cars:
GT: 10
Grid: 5

Overall

GT: 8

As you can see based on that GT probably is the better game but looking at the individual scores i gave i find grid slighlty more fun as it should be cause its an arcade racer.

I have been a massive fan of GT games since the very first one.....i quickly became obsessed by them. But GT5 albeit basically a demo is total rubbish and just doesnt have that little something that got me addicted to the previous versions. I just hope that the full game has the je ne sais quoi, that this one doesnt.

gt5 is rubbish it is too short but i cant wait for the proper version
