Ferrari F2007 - Got cash - Can't buy it !

OK eventually got the £2 million cash but it wont let me buy it.
"This car cannot be purchesed yet"
I have not finished S level yet - do you think thats it.
Anyone got it ?
Any Ideas ?

Yes Im sure thats the problem mate, I was wondering if they would just let you buy it, The Bastids!!!!!!!!!!

Yep. You have to complete the A level races before you can get the QuickTune feature, and you must complete the S level before you can buy an F2007.
