As most of you are aware the forum has been bombarded with spam recently. I have just installed a mod that prevents people posting links until they have made 15 posts so hopefully that will go a long way to sort it out. Please God let it work

unless we are dealing with super spammers... yes i said it, super spammers... these people are like a high-breed of spammers... they become your friends first so you dont suspect them of it.... then BAM!!!! your seeing threads with names like barely legal etc.... these people are forum killers.. they can wipe out forums in a matter of mere days.... ive seen it before on another forum.... lets pray to the almighty sir tim berners-lee that we are not dealing with these creatures of the interwebs

most of the spam posted here has benn from bots, ie a computer, i hope bmans idea will work but i think it just disables a link ya post but the post still goes through, it wouldnt take long for them to get 15 posts
