Default PES 2008 on standard def TV.........

horrible experience!!!!

Just played it on my mates 42" SD tv, and the whole play in general is really slow. What i did find weird though, is that the replays and referee booking screens are all fine (whereas on HD tv, this is where the slowdown comes into effect).

Id much rather have it the way most of us have it, on High Def with smooth play 90% of the time, i can live with crappy replays and ref cut scenes for now, but the slow play on pitch was annoying, and also lack of fine detail that u get used to/spoiled with, with HD.

I can only play on a SD TV and I still think the games look pretty good. But don't get me wrong HD is 1000x better.

its laggy and crappy regardless. quite simply, konami rushed it. they blatantly made the game on the 360, and have ported it over in a made rush.

wrong - its not the game's fault - its the refresh rate locked on SD for the ps3. im guessing you guys play PAL version? it seems to run about 10fps

just get a new HD TV and its lovely (ok, thats a crap really but i had to spend my xmas bonus on something) to be honest with the ps3 screwing up RGB it was an easy choice for me.... believe me the ps3 upscaling on dvds is also bloody good

btw - first post so hi fellas (and any chickettes around)
