PES 2008 Create Player Help !!!!

Hi there guys....

I am really stuck when creating a player on PES 2008. The thing is everything works fine but I cant seem to load any image (when building face or chest logo). I wanted to know how to load saved images from the hdd so i can use it as the face of my created player.

i dont think u can load from the hard drive
U gotta have a ps eye or eyetoy to take piccys
