Default New Pro Evo Poster

Hello..

I'm new to this forum, so hi.. Hi. New to PS3 but been a long term Pro Evo-er.. since Number 2 on the PS2.

Just got myself a PS3 at the weekend with the obligitaory PES 2008 as my first game.. No problems setting up at all and find the online ok, not too much lag but when it does.. Ooooh i kick someone in the nuts, it's frustrating.

echo everyone's thoughts about these numpties who just R1 through you with Messi and Henry..

Anyone know of an effective way to stop this ?

And, anyone who doesn't do this fancy a game ? i'll be online tonight, looking to add a few Pro Evo-ers to my gaming buddies that aren't complete numpties..

Anyone up for it ?

i havent been playing pro evo recently unfortunatly :P. Too busy with lost oddesy.

Anyway if someone is running at you, mabye you left too much space for them to run into. It can be hard to defend but i usualy have a cpu controlled player challenge for the ball and basicaly make life difficult for the player on the ball. if you find yourself in a one on one situation dont move left or right with the defender but keep in a stright line, this gives you a better opportunity to catch messi whichever way he chooses to go round you.

Either way its so difficult and i often find the ball bounces over my tackle when i tackle messi. I rarely play now too many barca fans and i wait a while to get a non barca.

You can add Riggs88 if you wish, not sure if id be around though :P. Oh and anyone will take advantage of running down the wing if you leave it open.
