Yeah Buffy had super aids and a vamparic version of crabs. She passed it on to Scooby doo and then to that Hayden girl in heroes . |

FYI: Frankenstein's monster was a good guy. The story was written to show how it is actually humans who are the monsters.
Oh and vampires would not get AIDS, nor would Hayden off Heroes get it because of her super-healing abilities would kick in and destroy it. Scooby... yeah, he had AIDS.
