CAN ANY ONE HELP ME?

On Assassins creed memory block 4 just after i killed William de Montferatt, the character woke up in the lab and there is no one there, the door to the bedroom will not open and i cant see any way of going any further in the game . Can any one help?

Just tried the computers and he wont interact with either of them.

Try re-entering that memory block, you might have missed triggering something.
