Signing in

In the last week or so i cannot play online as i keep getting signed out of the network within 2 mins. A message with "an error has occured and you have been signed out of the playstation network 80028ED4"

Anyone got any ideas, ive tried reseting the connection, ran the connection tests.nothing.
