my ps3 won't let me play online

it says to change the parental control when there is none

they are turned off

then go to one of the setting and click on parentel control then level and pick lvl 11

when ur were setting up an account and said u were under the age of 16 r whatevr then the game wont let u play online.thats what happened 2 me so i started a new account .if thats not it then u probably have to turn the parental control off.its in security settings
