Having Trouble Funding Wallet

My card is fine and everything but it is not letting me fund my wallet. Keeps saying the transaction could not be completed. Your wallet has not been funded.

Anyone know why this might be? It worked before.

What do you mean renewed? I just tried a different card and it still is not working.
