Couple of PSN questions

Well, 2 to be exact,

1. last night when i popped in Folklore to play it advised me to download an update for it, version 1.10 to be exact, been looking around what this was, does anyone know what this update was for?

2. Been seeing alot of bikkering on who gets updates first , US or EU ect, one of the post i read on another forum was from a UK person advising he got those updates from the US store 2 weeks ago, it thought EU PS3 were not able to connect to the US store? If it is possible how would you go about it?

You can connect to the US store by setting up a new user on the ps3 and using a US address when creating a new online account.

That's not the update i was talking about, i know about the 2.01 update.

The one i was talking about is for the Folklore game, when i inserted it last night and went to play it it prompt me to download an update of 10meg updating it to version 1.10, was wondering if anyone know what this update was for.

I found something on another board which stated that it was to add rumble support to the game, not sure if this is true though.
