Card Not Valid

Hi guys

Im new to this forum and im hoping you guys will be able to shed some light on my problem.

I set up my account to my old debit card but that has now expired and im trying to set up my new card but everytime i input my details it keeps coming up that my card is not valid.

Has anyone had this type of problem before and does anyone no how to get over it?

check that the card is a valid one you can use.

i.e not a debit card

also delete the old account details

if that fails call up sony

I would say my card can be used as i used my old one before which was a debit card, and in the card options maestro is there which is mine. Its just really confusing.

I did remove my debit card details and then try and set it up again from scratch but again says my card is not valid

i think unless ur debit card has the visa logo on it ya cant use it, thats the way it is with paypal anyway, me debit card has maestro but no visa so cant use it on paypal

Mine works ok with paypal, getting too confusing now lol

yeah your card has to specifcally say on of the options on it for it to work
