Hi people, please, please can you help me.........

I am having BIG,BIG problems with signing into my "sign-in" or "playstation store" on the menu line of my PS3.....
It only started yesterday (18/04/08) and b4 this everything was fantastic..
Everytime i try to "sign in" to my "sign-in" or "Playstation Store" on the menu line it just comes up with the same message, which is, unable to sign in, then an error #
80710B23.
I have spoken to PLAYSTATION.COM on the fone and they told me the server was busy and couldn't handle all the on-line people.Then the next call to them they said it was my "ports", so they put me through to a gaming guy...
He helped me set up ALL the "TCP" & "UDP" ports and guess what...NO GOOD...
SO,
I rang again today, and was put through to the gaming guy AGAIN and this time he wanted me to go into the DMZ on my router and change some stuff their, so we did...Still no difference...
So now im sat in front of this PC begging for someone to have an answer.....
Please someone have an idea, as it seems all Playstation.com want is to keep me on the fone for over 2hrs in total at premium rate....
