I had three different bluetooth headsets about the place - Sony, Motorola and a Samsung. None of them worked on the PS3 so I invested in a logitech USB headset. This kind of works. The audio is very poor and I'm not sure anyone can hear me speak .... they may just be ignoring me of course.

I'm just upgrading my broadband to 20mb to see if that cures the audio blips.

Nope. Hampshire :-)

My parents live in Kerry so I am familiar with the broadband woes over there. They've only just got their broadband in Dingle!

Well the fact that we pay like 80 euro just for 8mb broadband is a fair example of how sh!t it is over here

How much roughly are USB Headsets?

Also, where do they plug into the PS3 or the slot in the controller?

Mine was under £20 and they plug into the USB socket at the front of the PS3.

no, the headset has a long lead, plus I have an extension lead.

I'd rather use a bluetooth with no wires at all though, but I haven't been able to get one to work (yet).

I have ordered the Warhawk/headset combo so I'm hoping that will do the business :-)
