Hi just wondering what is it like playing online as 1 i havent got a headset thingy yet but have been put off slightly as the amount of b*****chyness on xbl

To be fair I've heard PSN is not near as bad for the jive talk. I've no experience from
Live so its just what I hear.

There is smack talk on PSN but I find that its not overly common. I would
guess that there is an older average demographic playing games on PSN and
hence a little more maturity.

It can be funny though to hear people rip into each other sometimes though !!

The thing is i love fps's but sometimes by the time iv'e locked target i'm dead lol i remember when i 1st played the burnout on xbox360 i won a match 4got that i had voice on and coughed and said oops and i got slagged of something chronic cause i was a girl and had won when i went to say something back i was refered to catherine tates am i bothered lol i also play online with my son(14) and he knows when i loose it cause the voice just goes quiet

If anyone starts giving lip to you, Just give them as good as you get, Its good pratice and you'll find its lots of fun, I have had many an argument with the odd a$$hole over the PSN but by the end of were usually laughing about it.

on psn you cant really have a proper convo with ppl anyway (crackling or watever) thats why ive gon back to my xbox

Same...my headset clarity is perfect. Its the Cheap Jabra one that came with
the Warhawk hard copy.

Yeah whenever I was on xbl I thought there were loads of women but it was just wee boys with nae pubes.

Its the same with american players on the psn though, they take everything to heart. i've gotten death threats and all sorts

my son got a threat once not so long ago on xbl playing lotr by a g/f&a b/f i was listening in i had enough i had ago@ my son4 swearing then i heard what the g/f was saying and i grabed the headset and said to the guy now listen get ya b1ch on a leash b4 it gets put down
