Team points?

Hi all im new to this forum and warhawk,
i just got the game off ps3 network and as you all probably know there is not much in the way of help in the game, i got 2 the second rank (airman) but i cant advance to airman 1st class because i dont know how to get a team point.
Could someone help me?
P.S. I am also looking for a clan
