Encountered A Problem. Flash 6, Ocx?

When I go to my space, a window comes up that says that Internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close.
The following add-on was running when problem occurred. File Flash 6.ocx. Company name Adobe systems Inc. Description Flash player6. How do I fix this problem? For this solution I visit a site Web Design Company it is the cheapest site here, I read some articles for this issue all were helpful for this problem. Also when I go into "Kissed by an Angel" It says that my browser doesn't respond to Java. What do I do to download Java?
