1) Microsoft already make royalties off Blu-Ray's as VC1 is one of 2 official codecs of Blu-Ray.
2)Sony do not own Blu-Ray. They don't even own a majority stake in Blu-Ray. They own 33% of the BDA.
3) If you're looking at it that way then Microsoft have been laughing to the bank for the past 8 years since Sony PC's use Microsoft's OS.
4) Why should any of this even matter to you? You're obviously a Sony fanboy so whatever happens with the 360 shouldn't affect you

PS fanboy no i was testing bluray prototypes in the medical world before it was even domesticated
HD will be a thing of the past in about 10yr currently we are testing super vision monitors and cameras in the medical world and all i can say is woooow.
