Default PS3 reduction in price?

Hi guys, i am just wondering if anyone has heard anything from Sony regarding reducing the price of the PS3 to counteract the reduction in price of the Xbox? Apparently Xbox is selling out the door at the reduced price of about 180 Euro.

To answer my own question, the PS3 will not be reduced according to a member of the customer service team. Only time will tell.

Vodafone Ireland told me that the Nokia 6300 would not be available in their shops for at least 6 weeks when i was looking for it before it was available here and 2 weeks later it was in their shops!!

I can't see the PS3 staying at 399 Euro in the shops especially that Microsoft are saying that they are winning 2 to 1 since the price reduction.

hardly , as soon as i get the rrod i bring in the xbox all cables joypad and headset to the store where i bought it (gamestop) they check it out in the back to make sure that it has the rrod , then they give a new xbox will allthe usuals .
so i guess timewise it takes about an hour.
