Another Newbie Here

hi all just had my ps3 and finally worked out hwo to add people with the help of people form here. just wondering if anybody would like to share their views on any gd games at the moment as i have only got ratchent and clank and preferee games like racing and fighting, also if anyone would liek to share thier online ids so i can add as friens on my ps3

1st this forum is mostly full of guys so there will be alot of guy talk - pay no attention to it, we are all friends here and noone takes any of the banter seriously lol

2nd if your going to become a regular, just so people dont get moody and stuff try not to spam etc.... we dont want another cha0s lol (you will find out who he is very soon)

there's a few good games depending on what you like.

• Oblivion GotY (RPG, no multiplayer)
• CoD4 (shooter with the best online mode ever. fact, it's factual.)

• GTAIV (lacking in side missions but very funny and should last you a few weeks)

there's alot more but they're the best 3 out atm but if you see Uncharted for £20ish it's a must have.

i know i going off the topic a bit by here lol, but when it says look on the browser or summit along them lines what does it actually mean, what i mean is can u go on the internet with it or is there certain sites u have to look at? i really am new to all this and sorry for bombarding you all with silly and stupid questions

you can browse any website with it, just press start to bring up the address bar and type away.

Hi Emma, fellow noobie here.

The games I have and love playing are:
1. Call of Duty 4
2. Resistance Fall of Man (£15 absolute bargain!)
3. GTA IV
4. Lego StarWars

GT5 is pretty good aswell if you like driving games.

Hi Emma, welcome to the forum.

Be warned, if you buy Call of Duty 4 you will very rarely play anything else.

Actually when i say "play" anything else what i really mean is "do" anything else, your life outside of PS3 will gradually dissappear bit at a time, its seriously unbelieveably addictive.

thanks for the encouragement guys, i goign into town today to get some new games for it. with the browser option on the ps3 how do i get the address bar up and how do i book mark sites?

Good games?

Well it depends what your into really.

But you cant go wrong with:

GT5 Prolouge
GTA4
COD4

Those just for starters but you will be entertained with those for a few months at least
