what is it and what did you do...if you were not using it as instructed that includes any PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) they advised you have no claim.
also burns on the skin can be caused by several things...heat...cold...chemical reaction...(often caused by mixing products...tell you more in a minute)...or an allergic reaction which may appear as a burn...the company can't be held responsible for the last two...possibly the first two if they know about it and have not warned against.
right as for mixing chemicals...did you know on average 7 cleaners are found dead a year and over 3000 people found unconscious in toilets...this is due to the cleaners mixing bleach and detergent...it gives off a really nasty gas some of you may have experienced it ...that burning of the eyes when you enter a public rest room...yet you never see sign telling you not to do it.
