Do you have your Xbox turned on when you do it?
Xells its updated a few times a week. The main update is on Wednesday. Thats when the Arcade is updated every wednesday. Btw I'm downloading Matrix reloaded in HD on it  50% of 6.5GB in just 25 minutes

my thoughts on the 360 so far..............
 after playing now all weekend and letting friends down for nights out  this is what i think of the 360, i feel ps3 games do look a little better maybe its my TV but both are run thru hdmi (bioshock and mass effect are easy up there with ps3s best looking games and iv not played the best of em yet only a handfull of demos but as a hole i feel the games like shaper but darker) but that aside the online service is 2ed to non theres 137 i think games to download both simple games to classics to full xbox games to the same as what ps3 has to offer which is only high Q high priced games, a full up and runing video service in HD with music videos films tv shows ect the controller kills your hands but is much better then the sixaxis mic support is a hole lot better aswell then them little crapy bluetooth things and in genral the onlines is a hole lot better and faster, in a nut shell you NEED to own a 360 aswell o and GS just makes every game worth playing and in game xmb all these things seem to run a hell of a lot smoother like really smooth
