There's a few ways.
If you have a laptop then just use the ethernet cable you get with the 360 to connect the laptop to your 360 and then your laptop acts as a gateway (as long as your laptop is connected to the internet)

If you have a USB Wi-fi adaptor, yes you can use it with the 360. You just have to connect it to your PC before hand and configure some of its settings

but i can just connect the same way as ps3 right wire from the router to 360 silly question but jsut making sure

i end up geting all consoles like last gen ps2 had MGS,GT,FF were cube had its own resy evils,mario cart,zelda WW, and xbox had star wars KOTOR,far cry,halo so yano life would have been a bit duller would i have missed any of them games altho playstation always comes first!

i ordered one from play.com something went wrong and thats the day i sulked and went out and got assassins creed and oblivion GOTY i still dont know why coz the money was there and i got my 2 games that i ordered with it (forzza and gears)!

think i'll save up for an eggbox(eee, i feel dirty), cow you can sort me with a free year on live seeing though you're one of them teachers pets then i'll have a look at what this fuss is all about.

i was thinking i'd get for a 2nd hand one coz i dont want to dish out like £400 which i suspect would turn into a pretty expensive paper weight, although i'd be worried about it doing that ring of death business on me as soon as i plugged it in.

i'd only want to play gears an bioshock, nothing else looks even remotely good compared to what the ps3 has to offer

hes talking about ics (internet connection sharing) i tired this the other day with my ps3, could get the lan to say connected but the ps3 kept failing at obtaining the ip address, oh well tho i only have to wait to mnday to get back online tho
