question for nana or a mod

on the main page (the page with all the different thread sections) at the bottom where it tells you who is online ect, there is a a section called failsafe under clans??? im confused as to what this is??

im hoping nana is making sections for clans to have their own little space in the forum... but thats probs not what it is....

could someone please enlighten me??
