NTL further increase speeds

well it doesn't seem my connection was automatically upgraded so it says to fill in the form if u want to upgrade for free so i think ill try that

The upgrade is still happening. There are still places that are being upgraded. I think it finishes in Dublin next week

cow i'm nearly certain cable isnt delivered through an exchange, i dont even think it could work

If you want the speed upgrade immediately then call Support at 1908 and say you are enquiring about the speed upgrades and how to get connected. They will upgrade you immediately

ha ha was on to these this mornin bout not gettin proper speeds, so the tech guy looks at my acc and says oh ur only on the 3mb package i'll upgrade ya so he tells me to reboot the modem so i plugged it out for a few mins, he says to me to try it again cos at his end it says my modem is still online so i plugged it out again, he said its still online, he asked me for the mac address off the modem gave it to him and he pauses for a min
whats the name and address on the acc, so i told him
guess what he was in somone else'e acc, talk about thick
