Just an update,, i can search the word proxy perfectly fine, but any website i click on that is related to a proxy server is blocked

Butt ... they've given the whole college new memory sticks and i know there is a program out there there u put it on a ext memory device and it bypasses the blocker cause few people in my college last year had it,, anyone know what is it and where i can d/l it??
