Yes wrestling is fake, but it is how you determine which bit is scripted. The result is always pre-determined as for contact you can consider it to be similar to what a stuntman does.

They know how to land properly without hurting themselves, they know how to throw and take a punch without hurting themselves or who they are throwing the punch at. Plus it’s the same with all the other moves, chair shots and anything else they use. I'm sure TheDaringEnigma will agree with me.

I been watching various organizations of pro-wrestling for nearly 20 years, I love it for what it is, but for someone to say it is fake can comes across as a little ignorant without expanding on what they mean…
