Well technically the government won't be running the banks. They will be placed under conservatorship until the economy stabilises and then the government will get all their money bank in the end when they sell off the shares.

Not sure what ya mean in the last bit of your posts but if you're saying what I think you're saying then you're right... Even if your bank goes bankrupt you still have to pay off your debts.

Well a future without loans sound a good one to me,

Spend what you got not a penny more, They way it should be, I suppose this was inevitable since the day they started lendin money then??

Well luckily for me borrowing was never a family trait, The old boys saved up an bought 4 house outwright in his life so i think i'l be ok

Meaning i got as long as i need to save up for my own house. If i need to.

Thats a situation the person gets themselves into. Maybe if mortgages do stop people will make sure they have a place for a family to live first.

well that was a bad example but for a lot of people they either dont want to or dont have the option to live at home so how will they save for a house when they have to pay rent and remember when ur da bout the houses the cost of livin would of bein much cheaper

And so where the wages, Also he spread out buying them from the 80's i think to the most recent which was 2006, If you don't want to live at home, or get chucked out, There isn't really anything wrong with renting, But you shudn't start renting if you want to buy a house without a mortgage. An if u get chucked out and you do want to buy a house then ure stuffed, Shudnt of been a lil bstard! lol
