Why does 360 get GTAIV nearly 2 weeks before PS3?

Let me guess. Because of Microsoft's 50 mill... And for DLC... Why would you want DLC for GTA, it would probably be another 3 missions and thats it... It is because of the 360 is got delayed, we should have played and cleared it by now, but no, Microsoft just have to **** things up eh?

it's released on the 29th for both consoles.
the DLC is rumoured to be 2 expansions, 1 the size of Vice City and the other the size of San Andreas.
GTA4 was delayed because the game wasn't finish and behind in development for PS3.

btw all trailers so far have been of the 360 version
