Seatbelts would make car jacking virtually impossible!

it would also put a sort of "lets all be safe" feeling into the game, which is a bit stupid since there is nothing safe about what the main character does in any of the games

Yes, when they are parked, but it is not known how difficult or time consuming it will be.

Well it all depends on how realistic a game Rockstar are going for. If they are included they would be needed to be worn unless you want to fly through the wind screen (this would happen to me alot as I am a pretty reckless driver). But they may cause some promlems like when trying to jack somone thats all buckled up. I say you'd have to hold him up with your gun or melle weapon untill he opened it.

Personaly, I hope they arn't included. Creates to much hassle.
