My multiplayer Level has reset !

Ok so entered a multiplayer deathmatch this morning and my multiplayer level
had reset itself from level 3 back down to (0) again !

(I think I still have my unlocked clothes not sure tbh)

Has this happened to anyone else here and does anybody know how I could
prevent it from happening agian ?

Mine done that... i went from 5 back down to 0 but if u disconect and reconect it should be aite...well if urs has stayed at 0 after this then i dunno...haaha good luck
