Best car ever is the sultan RS, if you've got access to the 3rd island, go to the north of the island and you'll find an old abandoned house. The car should be in a bush behind it
it's like a mitsubishi evo with a carbon fibre bonnet and stuff

look at the map.

go to the top right of the very left island. You will a few tracks, go up them, and then you will see an old mansion. There is a garage next to it,

its behind that
