Look them up on youtube, a lot easier that way. My friend actually bought the strategy guide and I borrowed it from him after he got 100%, so thats what I used to get all 200 of them. Man, that took a while. Now I'm doing all the jumps, I'm up to one of them thats in a cop base, so you have to do it with a 4 star wanted level...

Using a text guide for this is a terrible idea. It is hard enough with a map, let alone text. Thats why I said youtube links are better, or the official guide.
