how do you delete a PSN account???

hey guys i am new as you can tell i joined today...

i was wondering, how do you delete a PSN account?

or if you can't (which i find hard to belive) how do you create a new/sub account?

Hi and welcome.

On the XMB, go all the way to the left and leave the courser on your account, Press triangle then press delete,

huh? :S it doesn't seem to have worked... do you need to be connected to PSn to do it?

no set up another user and log in to the new user and then delete ur first user but beware everthing associated with that acc will be gone, then sign up for psn the way ya did the first time

All you need to do is go to the accounts section, press triangle on the 1 you wanna delete & click delete!

i tried what everyone else said but couldnt find where it said delete... so i used your method, cheers...

just create a new sub account under the master if you want a new gamerTAG. you can have about 5 subs under 1 master.
