Without any perks, a player has 100 health, and his/her weapon does the following:

Damage: Base Damage Number.
Damage long: Base damage after the range has been passed.
Range: Listed in two numbers, number one is the range the gun will do it's base damage up to. Number two is the range of the gun where it will do exactly it's Damage long number.
Any range inbetween will do a damage between Damage and Damage long, and any range after number two will do Damage long damage.
The range is measured in game units, which a range of 2000 equates to about 50 meters.
Range silenced: The range of the gun when a silencer is on it.
Rate of Fire: Firing speed in rounds per minute.
Rounds: Number of Bullets in a clip.
Reload Time: Time to reload in seconds (Normal / Empty Clip)
Zoom FOV: Field of view when you look down the weapons sights.
Penetration: Gun's ability to shoot though walls. I couldn't find a source that said what the numbers/letters mean exactly, but the higher the number/letter, the better. (C4 is better then A1)
Unlocked: What level the gun is unlocked at.
Etc. Anything else about the gun.
