Stuck the cathedral

Having great difficulty gettting through this stage, i can kill all the wee things that come running at you from above, but i then have very little health left.

So, when the big boss guy comes smashing out, i take a couple of hits and die!!!

Any help, or suggestions, would be great.

If you run backwards while shooting those little *******s they rarely take any of your life off. Also, i find the shotgun the best against these little runts.

just keep circling backwards and fire like hell, before the next two guys come in and find you pick up any energy that is still on the ground there should be three of them. Use a grenade if you have any when they come out the door. You'll get there eventually though.

ye i got stuck on that bit myself,but after killing the crawlers pick up the health and just shoot like crazy
should work!

More importantly, don't forget the "big boss" has an auger, meaning he can shoot through walls. Means plenty of strafing required to keep him off you, i'd recomend chucking a grenade in the arc as soon as it opens

shotgun is usually good for them little f****rs, for them and the boss it's best to keep strafing

This has got to be the best way, make your way back into the entrance,not many of them will follow. Use the carbine, keep the shotgun for the auger guy. :twisted:

What have you guys not tried using the alien's main weapon(i forgot the name of it). The bullets spread in the direction your firing so you can kill those little buggers faster then with carban
