Arc Charger Help

can someone tell me the best way to use the arc charger. sometimes i come across people who kill me instantly, and whenever i use it i usually overcharge it before i kill them....so what is the best way to use it?

Personally i think it should be used like a shotgun up
close and personal, preferably from behind
a few bursts into their back or head.
might just go down with one shot in the head if you
used the more powerful second function.

no don't use the L1 charge cause chances are you'll miss and then your dead,so use the weaker shot with small bursts and the arc will cling onto um and kill um quick,personally my fav is flamethrower(can't think of its name right now),whats ye're fav weapon.oh the fareye is really fun too

charging up to people with a shotgun is my favourite tactic
the L1 kills them instantly

yeah that is fun alright cause they can't do nothing like,no time to react or notin its sick
