The Ultimate Heist. The final theives guild mission.

Its not that it was complicated.... its just extremely ***. Near the end of the mission when you have to get the elder scroll from the blind priests they kept detecting me. Everytime I touched the steps, the one blind priest detected me. When I tried sneak killing him, they all attacked me and mission failed and I was thrown from guild. I swear, everytime I sat in the chair to wait to get the scroll they would run down and call me out. I thought, maybe this is how it will always be so I sat in the chair for 47mins 24 seconds... Yes I kept time.
In the end I thought **** it. I took off all my clothes *in game* and jumped over the damn steps straight to the floor. They didn't detect a damn thing. Got the scroll and I was out of there. Still, ***yyyyyyyyyy mission.

Its because the blind monks are like the superhero daredevil. They have god like hearing so I though armour sounds might alert them despite my sneak being level 100. So yeah I got naked :P, down to ,my loin cloth. That would of gone too if I could :P.

On the way there, I had to go underground through the lost catacombs full of high level ghosts and zombies cos I am level 37 now so I had my best armour set on.

i used a chameleon suit

5 bits of clothing enchanted with chameleon

What does chameleon do? Make you look like the person attacking you? Is it more effective than an invisibility spell?

Cos you know, with invisibility when you make any sort of move that involves touching an object the spell breaks.

if you have 100% chameleon you're completely invisible and it doesn't end when you attack/pick something up

that game can be so addictive man! i played it for ages and ages just roaming around im the listener and the arena grand champion and im doing the main questline wher i need daedric artfacts to open oblivion gaes or something and martin is reading the book about mysterium xarxes and he wants me to go find some suit of armour
