Serious Problem.. Please Reply!

Ok, so I was doing the addiction quest as part of the shivering isles main questline, and couldn't find my way to the Goblet thingy so I gave up.

I fast-travelled back to Cyrodiil to go and fight Umbra, when a message came up saying that the effects of Felldew (the drug which you must take during the quest) were wearing off...

I thought nothing of it as having read guides on the internet i was told that I would no longer need to take felldew once I had left the cave.
Thats when the trouble started. Two minutes later I was over encumbered and cannot fast travel anywhere. No I am basically frozen outside Umbras cave with no way to get more felldew, and until I get Felldeq (which is totally impossible) I'm stuck!

I am so totally pissed off as I have been playing this game all day and really been enjoying it! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

reload an earlier save, its important to have lots of saves for things like this, oblivion is such a big worl your bound to encounter annoying glitches and things that go bad, i managed to get stuck in a stair case when i was exploring a gate of oblvion, i could still walk around but i was literally walking inside the stair case, also my mate ****ed his save doing the vampyrism cure quest, the woman wouldt accept blood grass, so he had to start again as he had no earlier save point

Yeah it is good to keep multiple saves. I personally don't because I read a mission guide before I even attempt it so I know what I am doing at all times lol.

i don't! i take it as it comes, if it ****s up i load the autosave which usually saves before you were fecked!!


btw seany, you need to be quick as possible and have a few felldew on you for that quest, (isnt the cave the on under the tree stump?)

Yeah I know, I had to reload back to the start of Shivering Isles! I am now re-opening Xedilian for the second time. After this I will have to grant that fella his death wish, find the people behind the conspiracy, and start the Felldew quest before I can get back to where I was! Oh well!

grr oh well, i enjoyed those quests so have no problems doing them again!
