Respawning characters

Is it actually possible to kill everybody in the game or does everbody respawn eventually? I was attacked by gaurds for failing to pay my bounty and this random bloke in the imperial city comes in and starts fighting for me, the gaurds kill him and then a message pops up saying that so-and-so is dead and now such-and-such quest cant be completed but i had never seen the guy before or started the quest and he just attacked of his own choice. Also earlier in the game where you have to go look for the guy who turned the residents of a village invisable, i found the guy but he immediatly attacked me and wouldnt talk so i left came back a few days later same thing again, wouldnt talk immediatly attacked me so i attacked back, killed him and now he isnt there anymore!

no they dont respawn, thats why you shouldnt kill characters,

only kill what you are supossed to kill

unless uve done the quest, and if you want to go on a killing spree and you accdentally kill a quest character just load up a previous save, alsways have lots of save files

Ooo it was lucky you told me that
