epic im gonna seek out what i need too look like a spartan if its not pc mod im sure i could find a suitable helm, any ideas on the cape

was playing it last night and i took sean bean to the fortress, then went to the imperial city spoke to a guard and he confiscated all my weapons.

Yeah does anyone know if that cap is in the game? I have never seen a character with a cape so I think its a pc mod but I don't know.
