Level Up

Just played this a little but really getting into it now.

Anyone got any hints about how to level up quick.

Is it better to do misc. quests or stick to the main quest?

Is it worthwhile joining all the guilds or just a few?

Any pointers will be much appreciated.

Well I had Alteration and Conjuration as Major skills so I just kept using them and before I knew it i was 100 in both of them. That's 20 level ups. :wink:

take ur time levelling up man, the slower you do it the better you will get when you level up. Try and get ur skills up before you level up. Do some quests before you kip. The monsters level up also and they get hard to kill lol unless ur savvy in weopons and magic! :wink:

Currently an orc with enchanted swords/shield trying to cast spells!

if u hav acess to the arch mages room in the arcane university make some spells that have magnitude 1, etc and go around casting them loads randomly. as they are so weak they will use hardly any magicka.

as long as u create spells in magic skills which u hav as ur main skills
these will contribute to your level growth, which will rocket as growth is measured in amount of spells cast, not how powerful they are or how much magicka they use.

Its been a while since i played it but, In the main town (the first one you go to) there is a homeless guy sleeping in one of the ally's. If you have stealth as a skill, Do what i did. When he goes asleep, enter sneak mode and face the corner beside him. I held the analog stick down with a bit of tape so i kept sneaking in the corner while the guy was asleep. Then just flick over and watch some tv, or do whatever you gotta do, and when you get back your sneak level will be up a good bit. I know its cheating but it helps a whole lot when your sneak level is high.

Just check back now and again to make sure your still in the corner and that the guy is still asleep.
