Amulet of the kings

Ok guys need your help.

played two whole days , now on level 5, but last night completed the amulet, (dragon statue,dragon clothes )the lot.
now seems that there can be no more oblivion gates ?

my question is this, what now ?

Do I just go around doing other quest , which I probably should have done first............

just no sure

you shouldnt of did the hole lot of main quest..i made mistake too..but started off fromj a save before i did so...im leaving that way to the end..or until i close all the gates manually..have done about 10 so far..think theres 6 left..

and to answer question you can do all guild quests,such as mage fighters and thiefs..you can also do dark brotherhood and arena quests..and not to forget all random quests through out world..and then the knights of nine missions..theres alot still to do

due to the nature of the final tasks there was a lot of saves so realy no point going back.

Have been reading that even though I have shut the gates for good, there is quests as i go up levels that can put me back into the plains of oblivion .

and as you say have the guild tasks to do, so its not all lost.

got game on release mate , but no realy had much time on it with the holidays and all that, is first time I have realy given it all my gaming time ,it just drags you in mate, hours just get lost,
I got so wraped in doing this quest I didnt realy realise what it was I was doing.

anyway your right there is loads still to do , just joined magees guild and it looks to be a long one .

all in all it is a very very good adictive game.

yeah mate no biggy it happened exactly the same for me too the story line of the main quest just keeps ya going on and on in it...its jus t i needed to go back to last save because i got turned a vampire and bloodgrass which is needed for cure is only avaible in oblivion..if i had already cured vampirism i wouldnt of went back because its not really a problem apart from that...it also could jus get ya skills up a bit from continuous fighting in there but no biggy..you still have hundreds of hours of game still to play :wink:
