Default Turning your 60gb in and gettinga 40gb back

I've read a few posts about problems leading to returning a 60gb machine but getting a 40gb machine back.

Why are we not getting the 80gb machine?

I was in Canada for Christmas and Florida for New years and both countries had 80gb machines available everywhere. I was in at least 8 electronics shops with readily available 40gb and 80gb machines. None of them knew what I was talking about when I said the 80gb was discontinued.

Why the hell aren't we getting it if it's available everywhere else?

I figure if your 60gb is dead they should at least offer you the option to pay a little more and get the 80gb version instead of forcing the lesser model on you.

Fargin Bastichuriches.

P.S.
How come this new bright site lets you curse and the old one put * in instead?

SCEE are waiting for the 'next' PS3 (120Gb? 250Gb) so they don't ****
us about with releasing 4 different versions of the same console.
or something to that extent, either way the chance of them releasing another PS3 with B/C look slim
