I think in all most the mistakes are going to be rectified and on the whole most the people who forked out are content , especially as there are a few games out now and some good ones on the horizon. Its hard to believe the PS3 is only 6 weeks old after all :wink: keep the Faith Bro's

10. The font???? Get our more plonker. It's a font for christs sake. There's going to be something else with the same font no matter what they use.

9. Vibration would have been nice but doesn't take from gameplay for me. If I was making the console I'd have dumped the 6axis and kept the vibration but couldn't care if it had neither.

8. Agreed. But then the 360 doesn't even allow for an HDMI cable. At least the PS3 does.

7. The Wii is not competition for the PS3 other than the fact that it's out now. It's got graphics like the PS2. The only current direct competition for the PS3 is the 360. Also, the Wii screwed up by having non-wireless controllers in my opinion. If you're whole selling point is based on waving controllers around you hardly want them connected with cables do you???

6. No idea what he's talking about. Might be true? Never read anything.

5. 360 has 2 versions so why not offer them on the PS3? I agree that there's very little difference in the price but for some people $100 is enough to swing them.

4. It'll get there. I actually think it works fine and you also have to consider it's Sony's first foray into the whole online thing. I haven't had any problems playing online with RFOM.

3. I was a bit disappointed with the selection alright. Surprised the developers had didn't get the finger out. Agree here then.

2. To get the level of detail required for HD games you need the capacity of HD-DVD or Blu-Ray and Sony are pushing Blu-Ray so what does he expect???

1. Spec. a 360 as high as you can to get somewhere close to the PS3 (and it's still not close) and it costs the same. It's also not simply a games console now and that's the whole idea. They are trying to create a whole new market for themselves to include more than just gamers and to see the sales figures in the short time it's been out in all markets, the plan has worked.

20. Its kind of hard to explain, I used to post loads [and still do lol] on the IGN boards when I was at college, waste some time. Anywho, that was kinda like my signature unofficial icon there. Recognized FTW.
