Default still not up to scratch?

this might shake some peoples feathers but are ps3 multi release games still not on par with 360 ones? iv been buying most my games on ps3 latly but i got two games for ps3 one being commened 2 the other bothers in arms then had to switch to the 360 versions because the ps3 versions were just unplayable anyone noticed any games latly that are the same? i assured ps3 was now atleast on par with 360 if not better but after seeing the diff between bothers in arms today im not to sure

OPSM....why have people been telling me this is the mag to get then every one seem to slate them for their reviews was I right in thinking these guys are paid to write good reviews....glad I still buy PLAY....but only twice maybe three times a year.

as for cross platforms those of us with only one console would never know would we....but surely the opposite can be said for other cross platform games....personally I think its developers reluctance to put in the effort to work out the cell chips capabilities...this maybe sony's own doing for not providing the right resources but games developed for the PS3 first then cross platfored second usually do seem to have the edge over other consoles

but what would I know....I can only go by the reviews, and I will never own an eggbox to do my own comparisson.

your comments would have held well last year dude and i agree with them in alot of ways but there souldent be these excuses this far on it seems you need to spend 10s of millions for a game to be good on ps3 and in the case of brothers in arms there using the unreal engine which has been tryed and tested time and time again surely they have friends in the industry that can give them pointers on that engine with the ps3 hardware we alllll know the ps3 can do what the 360 does and better and i dont really know my comments are right but from what iv seen with multi plat games i own were geting the short end of the stick and its not on awwwww dont you just love to rant i feel much better now lol

Well if exclusive ps3 games can look like metal gear, motorstorm, resistance, heavenly sword and uncharted to name a few with what i can remember to have no graphical errors in my experience(if you know of any, do share), it's obviously the game devs are to blame.

Try and find fault in that logic

guess you was unlucky with the wipeout or mabye their was a fault in your hardrive or something.

really i dont see the point in arguing over quality of multi platform games up to the developers to make the quality equaly good across the platforms but this rarely happens.

Bioshock may change that thought i got a feeling it may be better on ps3 than 360. Also considering i do not like paying for the online access multiplatform online games i usualy buy on my ps3 unfortunatly i wont be able to do that with fable 2, fable 2 would have been much better as a ps3 exclusive but meh :P.

It depends on your friend list size if its over 50 it causes problems with Wipeout, dont sign in to get around it, there should be a patch soon.
